The EVO Series 1LB Closed-Loop Extractor: Designed for Evolution
The EVO series of 1LB closed-loop extractors was developed to advance the traditional stand-up extractor design, delivering unmatched utility and ease of use. It addresses two common challenges faced by conventional stand-up systems: difficult extract harvesting and limited integration of adsorbent filtration. These are resolved through an elevated extract pour spout and an optional inline color remediation column.
In addition to these innovations, the EVO series prioritizes safety and efficiency. Each unit includes ASME pressure relief valves on both the material column and collection base as standard. Professional and Elite models further enhance solvent recovery speed with full-bore 1/2" recovery lines.
Standard Features Across All Models:
• Top-fill injection manifold with a compound gauge and a 125 PSI ASME pressure relief valve
• Two full-bore ball valves (Explorer: 2x 1/4" Male JIC; Professional & Elite: 1/4" & 1/2" Male JIC)
• Solvent dispersion plate for even distribution in the 3"x24" 1LB material column
• 2x 100-micron Buna-N mesh gaskets
• Jacketed, elevated pour spout collection base for easy harvesting and improved recovery
• Compatibility with standard round Pyrex dishes or parchment paper boats
• Support for up to 5:1 solvent-to-biomass ratio
