The 2LB Closed Loop Hydrocarbon Extraction System performs botanical extraction within a sealed, vacuum-pulled system. Utilizing a top-fill design, solvent flows through the material column, capturing essential oils from the biomass. The oil-rich solvent collects in the base vessel, where it is distilled and recovered through precisely controlled temperature-induced pressure differentials, leaving the extracted oils concentrated in the collection base.
This passive recovery system can be upgraded to active recovery operation with the TRS21 Active Closed Loop Recovery Kit.
