The 5LB Closed Loop Hydrocarbon Extraction System performs botanical extraction within a sealed, vacuum-pulled system. Using a top-fill input, solvent washes through the material column, collecting oils as it percolates. The oil-bearing solvent then collects in the base, where it is distilled and recovered through temperature-induced pressure differences, leaving the extracted oils in the collection vessel.
This unit can be upgraded to an active recovery system with the TRS21 Active Closed Loop Recovery Kit.

Enhanced for higher-quality extracts, this model features a showerhead endcap for even solvent distribution and a sleeved spool for dry ice cooling, which helps retain fats and waxes in the material. An inline ball valve allows solvent suspension in the column and isolates the base during recovery. A removable bottom simplifies extract removal after processing.

Our fully upgraded Apollo model, designed for maximum reliability and extract quality. Features include:
