Operation Instructions
Phase 1: Preparation & Setup
• Pre-freeze the refinement filter to optimize thermal performance.
• Install ashless filter paper and secure it with the compression ring.
• Position the collection base and connect the refinement filter to a vacuum pump via the dedicated vacuum valve.
Phase 2: Filtration
• Pour the solution into the filter funnel.
• Ensure the dip tube valve is closed, then activate the vacuum pump to begin filtration.
Phase 3: Transfer & Evaporation
• Once filtered, turn off and disconnect the vacuum pump.
• Connect the dip tube valve directly to your rotary evaporator's injection valve.
• Start the rotovap, then open the dip tube valve to transfer the solution for evaporation。
